Triad proudly offers all the capabilities needed to be your single source for a vast range of short to medium run manufacturing jobs.
We've been specializing for over 30 years in offering tube bending, wire bending, silver soldering, machining, sheet metal and welding services.
Tube Bending / Wire Bending
We offer tube bending with 1/6" to 2 1/2" tooling. We perform wire bending and fabrication up to 1/4". Our tube bending and wire bending materials include stainless steel, aluminum, copper and carbon steel. Typical tube bending, fabrication and assembly projects include such things as tube supply lines, tubular handles, manifolds and chipping gun nozzles. Wire bending projects include wire racks, caddies, and various kinds of point-of-purchase displays, including wallpaper and fabric displays.
Silver Soldering and Brazing
We offer hard silver soldering and brazing services, as well as low temperature silver soldering. Hard silver soldering or brazing involves higher temperatures and utilizes a silver alloy with a higher melting point than that used in ordinary soldering. Generally, hard silver soldering is used to connect two pieces of metal and form a strong joint, while soft or low temperature silver soldering is used to bridge gaps or spaces.
Welding Services
Triad offers precision welding services, including MIG-TIG-Conventional as well as resistance welding. MIG (metal inert gas), also known as GMAW (gas metal arc welding) is an efficient welding process suited to the production stage. We also offer TIG welding services (tungsten inert gas), also known as GTAW (gas tungsten arc welding), which is a manual process producing superb quality welds, especially in thin materials.
We also offer resistance welding services, a highly efficient process in which high current is passed through the contact point of two or more metals, generating heat through resistance, a heat which then melts and joins the metals.
Machining
We offer both CNC and conventional machining in support of other manufacturing operations.
Sheet Metal
We offer shearing, punching, and coining in support of other manufacturing operations.
Fabrication to Customer Specifications
In addition to tube bending, wire bending, and our fabrication work in stainless steel, aluminum, copper and carbon steel, we also have the capability of fabricating in plastics and even wood, thus greatly increasing the range of jobs we can see to completion. A variety of finishes can also be applied to the completed product, to your specifications.
These services are all offered both as stand alone operations and as elements of your larger manufacturing job.
